Joseph McQueen is a Los Angeles based Platinum Award winning mixer, musician and producer for acts such as Bad Wolves, As I Lay Dying, Upon A Burning Body and Light The Torch. Before mixing multiple top 10 radio singles or working with frequent collaborators Derek and Julianne Hough, Joseph spent years honing his craft behind the monitors of his bedroom studio, eventually making his way to California to work as an engineer for Warner Music/Atlantic Records. Soon after, he founded Sparrow Sound with fellow Birmingham, AL musician and former band mate, Josh Gilbert (As I Lay Dying). Recently, Joseph has worked with artists such as Howard Jones, Jared Dines, Stitched Up Heart and Dorothy.

Josh Gilbert is a Los Angeles, California based Grammy-Nominated musician, songwriter and producer. As a longtime member of the bands As I Lay Dying and Wovenwar, Josh honed his writing and recording chops alongside legendary producers and mixers such as Bill Stevenson, Jason Livermore, Adam Dutkiewicz, and Colin Richardson. Utilizing the techniques, principles, and expertise he gained, Josh founded Sparrow Sound with fellow mixer and producer Joseph McQueen. By 2020, Josh has written for or produced an array of successful artists including Bullet for My Valentine, Bad Wolves, Light the Torch and many more.
